Encouraged by prayer?

Over this past wee while, I have been encouraged by the book of Nehemiah in scripture. Nehemiah in the Old Testament, a man of vision spends about 3 to 5 months in prayer. He then proceeds to build the walls in Jerusalem. God throughout that time God is answering his prayer. Please take the opportunity to respond if you have story of a time when you were encouraged by way the God, the lord of heaven answered your prayer.
